From Fieldcraft to Film Craft
Training & Productions in association with Nuco Training.
Ofqual regulated, designed using ScreenSkills and Film + TV Charity guidance, first aid & mental health training for the entertainment, education and outdoors industries.
Field Crafting UK is a multi disciplined team of nurses, technicians and military medics with a combined experience of nearly 70 years working within the military, NHS and private healthcare, high end film & television and social media. Our mission is to support members of the Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) and armed forces communities, including their families, who have an interest in working within the entertainment industry.
The communities we support can find transitioning into regular full-time employment difficult. This can be due to living with complex physical or mental illness and/or injury. At Field Crafting UK we want to help lessen the anxiety this creates by providing a safe, reputable link to employment and training within the entertainment industry.
Let’s Work Together

Former Senior NCO in the British Army. After 24 years’ service, 10 patient facing, I am now a Clinical Apprenticeships Facilitator with the NHS and work freelance in film & tv.
I launched Field Crafting UK after attending a location Managers Insight Course at the NFTS.
A highly experienced, professional military instructor, I am available to advise on Service Support Arms (non-combat) roles.
Proficient in communications, CBRN, navigation, healthcare, medical, environmental, and mental health, I can help you achieve an authentic military real life support look for your production.
British actress, dancer, singer & humanitarian with more than 20 years experience within the industry.
Born & raised in Hertfordshire with links to London, Scotland & Canada. Having grown up surrounded by music, grooves & good food, is it any wonder I thrive in the creative industry.
A question I get asked a lot is, “If you couldn’t act or dance anymore, what would you do?” I’d love to become a plant-based chef or an animal handler.
In 2018 became an ambassador for Vayyu ~ An-Award Winning Ethical, Sustainable and Organic Luxury British Brand.

Soldier, Officer, Mentor. I have so far served for 23 years in the British Army. Born in Blackpool, well travelled with experiences ranging from the shop floor to executive level.
In 2019 I volunteered as a professional mentor at Birmingham City University supporting BSc students who were setting their personal goals and development objectives. This continued through the pandemic as I adapted from physically coaching face to face to online.
My goal is to assist other service leavers who wish to step into this fascinating sector, whilst supporting their mental health through mentoring and training.
